1. The bespoke enquiry form

When you submit the bespoke enquiry form on /bespoke, we collect the details you enter: your name and email; an optional phone number; where you want to go, your rough dates and how flexible they are, how long you want to travel, and, optionally, where you would fly from; who is travelling; and your budget range. We use them only to reply to your enquiry and prepare a tailored route and quote.

The party field is free text, so it may include children and their rough ages if you choose to tell us. Please share only what you are comfortable with: rough ages are enough, and we do not need children's names or other details.

Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you tick the consent box and send the form, together with taking steps at your request before any contract. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us, and we will delete your enquiry.

The form is processed by Formspree, which delivers your submission to us by email. Your data passes through and may be stored by Formspree as our processor.

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any plan that follows from it, then delete them.

2. Buying a plan

Purchases are handled by Gumroad, which acts as Merchant of Record. Gumroad collects your payment and contact details under its own privacy policy and is the data controller for that checkout data. We receive only the limited order information Gumroad shares with us as the seller, such as your email and what you bought, which we use to deliver the plan and provide support.

3. Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used. It is privacy-first: it does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not track you across other sites. The measurements are aggregated and not used to identify you.

4. Cookies & storage

This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no browser storage. Third-party services (Gumroad checkout, embedded fonts) may set their own.

5. Your rights

If you are in the EU, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its use, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email us and we will respond within the time the law allows.

You also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority. In Portugal this is the CNPD (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados).
