1. Who we are

Doable Trips ("we", "us") sells self-guided travel plans through this website. These terms govern your use of the site and anything you buy from us.

2. What you're buying

A Doable Trips plan is a self-guided, downloadable travel plan: a digital good. We are an information and curation service. We do not book travel on your behalf, we do not act as a travel agent or tour operator, and we never handle your payments to airlines, hotels, or any other provider. You make every booking yourself, directly with the provider, at the prices they offer at the time.

Prices and times in a plan are real costs we recorded and re-checked on the dates shown, for the travellers and dates noted. They are a guide, not a guarantee: third-party prices, opening hours, and availability change, and what you pay is set by the provider you book with.

3. Use of the plans

When you buy a plan, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own travel. You may not resell, republish, share, or redistribute the plan or its contents, in whole or in part. We keep all intellectual-property rights in the plans, including the routes, writing, budgets, and images.

4. Pricing & payment

Plan prices are shown on the site in euros and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment and delivery are handled by Gumroad, which acts as Merchant of Record for the sale: your purchase contract for payment is with Gumroad, under its terms, and it collects any applicable VAT.

6. Affiliate links

Some links in our plans are affiliate links: we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you, and we only ever link what we'd book ourselves.

7. Disclaimers & liability

We take care to test our routes and keep prices current, and we date when each plan was last verified. Even so, we cannot guarantee that every price, time, or detail is accurate or available when you travel, because these depend on third parties we do not control. Your travel decisions, bookings, and arrangements remain your own. We are not responsible for the acts, prices, or failures of the airlines, hotels, and other providers you book with.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here, with the last-updated date shown above. Changes apply to purchases made after they are posted.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without affecting the mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live in the EU.
