Refund Policy

Our policy

A Doable Trips plan is a digital good, delivered instantly when you buy it. Before you complete the purchase, you agree that we begin delivery straight away and you get immediate access to the full plan. Because the plan is delivered at once and cannot be returned, the EU 14-day right of withdrawal ends as soon as you access it, where the law allows this.

Even so, the free sample lets you read four full days before you pay, so you can judge the quality first. If something is genuinely wrong, for example you cannot access your plan, please email us and we will make it right.

How refunds are processed

Purchases are handled by Gumroad as Merchant of Record, so any refund is issued through Gumroad, back to your original payment method.

Bespoke service

The bespoke service is custom work prepared for you, so its terms differ from the ready-made plans. Once we begin researching your tailored route, that work has been delivered and is not refundable, except where required by law.
